But, what if you don't have time to coach?

Leaders often know that coaching is a part of their responsibility, but they struggle to find the time. In fact, they have so much to do and so much on their plate, that coaching becomes that one thing that they always mean to get back to. Over time, that lack of coaching turns into underdeveloped employees who are need of coaching, but can't get it from their leader.

This can create a truckload of problems that may include:
  • employee job dissatisfaction
  • employees feeling undervalued at work
  • employees quitting but forgetting to tell their boss
  • employess and leaders failing to reach their full potential
  • an overall feeling of being overwhelmed, under valued, and without satisfaction

All those feelings and no coach to share them with: problematic. All those feelings building up over time: potentially traumatic. Having a coach whose objective, who always has time for you, and who won't tell your boss what you say about him or her... priceless.
